One part South African, one-part American, Natasha and Jason started their adventures in the food industry in Seattle, WA. Natasha missed home and wanted to share the delicious baked goods and tea culture of South Africa with Seattle, so they opened Cederberg Tea House—A South African tea house and bakery.
As anyone who has eaten South African food would expect, the shop was a roaring success. But, it wasn’t enough; they had brought a piece of South Africa to America, but Natasha still missed home. So they sold the shop, packed their bags, loaded their home into a 20ft container and their three cats into crates and moved back to Jozi.
